Over the past four decades, Malcolm has planned and produced corporate meetings, conferences, galas, trade shows, and special events across 40+ cities nationwide. Events have ranged from intimate executive gatherings to large-scale productions of 7,500 attendees. His work spans private sector corporations, Fortune 500 companies, major nonprofits, and major media organizations. The breadth of experience means he has seen every type of meeting challenge, solved it, and knows what works.
Prior to founding Greenwood SMC, Malcolm was co-owner of a full-service meeting and event planning company and served as Managing Partner for 28 years, overseeing staff and operations. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, he is endorsed by more than 100 industry peers across event management, meeting planning, production, negotiation, and live events.
